MY PRACTICE

Greetings, my name is Jessica “Jess” Diaz and I am a Registered Nurse in pursuit of my Masters in Nursing to be a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

I attended Barry University where I received my bachelors of science in nursing. Currently, I am attending Walden University which is what brought me to Deeply Rooted Psychotherapy over the summer. My program is focused on a well-rounded approach to care, allowing me to have course work focused on psychotherapy. Over this summer I am looking forward to deepening my knowledge on the power of therapy!

I am a retired US Army Nurse Corps Veteran.  I served overseas during Operation Enduring Freedom/ Operation Iraqi Freedom.

When I am not working or in school, I spend time with my family, friends and dogs. We have four children and three dogs, Buddy is pictured and always happy to see me.

TREATMENT FOCUS

I am a solutions oriented person and understand there are many ways to help you, your child and your family. Solutions are different for each individual and are not “one-size fits all”. You are an individual and therefore, should be treated as the unique being that you are!

MY PROMISE

I promise to bring the best version of me to meet with you each time. Together we will identify solutions that work for you, your child and your family!
