Welcome! My name is Brooke Schultz and I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern providing therapy sessions in person in North Palm Beach as well as virtually throughout the state of Florida! I’d like to celebrate you for taking this step, as I know it’s one that can feel overwhelming. In a world of constant motion, embracing our humanity and creating space for healing and growth is a powerful act of self-care. I am passionate about providing a safe space to support others in their process of creating a healthy, happy, fulfilling lives. When I’m not at work, I enjoy being with my better half and our 3 kids.

I am honored to work with young children through adults with a focus on maternal mental health and first responders. I provide individual, family and couple's therapy sessions. With extensive experience spanning various age groups and diverse backgrounds, I specialize in addressing issues such as trauma, OCD, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and more. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based techniques including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered approaches to best support your journey towards genuine health and happiness.
