"People are like stained-glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there is a light from within."
-Elisabeth Kubler-Ross
MY PRACTICE
Hi, I’m Caeley. I’m a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in Florida, providing in person therapy sessions in West Palm Beach and virtually across the state of Florida!
I’m passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Lee University and my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University. After graduation, I gained experience working with children, teens and families by providing therapy in their homes as well as schools.
I provide therapy for children and teens in Palm Beach County, using a collaborative, client-centered approach that creates a safe and supportive space where clients feel understood and empowered. I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of the individual, helping clients build insight, develop practical coping skills, and feel more confident navigating emotions, relationships, and everyday stressors.
When I’m not in session, you can find me on the golf course or out for a run!
